West Village
A corner of
Paris, planted
in New York.
Maison Côté was born from a single conviction: that the finest meals happen when good ingredients are left largely alone. Chef Élise Marchand spent seven years in Lyon before arriving in New York with a battered notebook and an abiding love for the way a city can transform a dish.
We opened on a quiet November evening in 2009 on a cobblestone block of the West Village, and we've been feeding New Yorkers — slowly, intentionally — ever since. The menu changes with the market. The welcome never does.
