Fully licensed in NYC, Nassau County, and Suffolk County, with general liability and workers' comp insurance carried year-round. We're happy to send certificates directly to your insurance company or HOA before work begins.
For straightforward violations we can typically pull the permit, complete the work, and have it inspected and cleared in 2–4 weeks. Complex jobs (tree-root damage, corner intersections, vault sidewalks) take longer — we'll be straight with you on the timeline at the estimate.
We self-perform 100% of our masonry, concrete, and paver work. The crew that gives you the estimate is the crew that builds the job. The only thing we sub out is occasional specialty work like custom metal railings or arborist services — and we coordinate that for you.
Workmanship warranty of 2 years on all masonry and concrete. Cambridge Paver installs carry the manufacturer's lifetime ArmorTec® warranty, transferable to future owners — that's only available through authorized installers like us.
Standard schedule is one-third deposit, one-third at material delivery, one-third on completion after your walk-through. We accept check, all major credit cards, and bank transfer. Financing through GreenSky available on projects over $5,000.
